Newborn

(0-3 months)

Dedicated, in-home support during your baby's earliest weeks, including lactation guidance, so you never have to navigate this season alone.

Infant & Toddler

(3 months - 2 years)

Frequent check-ins, developmental guidance, and easy access for all the questions that come with these fast-changing years.

$130 per month

Child & Adolescent

(2-18 years)

Ongoing support for growth, everyday illnesses, mental health, sports injuries, and everything in between. Care that fits your family's rhythm.

$100 per month

Family Membership

One simple monthly investment, no matter how many kids you have.

$300 per month CAP

No copays. No rushed visits. Just thoughtful, personalized care - when you need it.

Enrollment fee $50 per family. Required for all new memberships and covers account creation and medical record review.

For past members who cancel and later wish to re-enroll: First time re-enrollment fee $200. Second time re-enrollment fee is $500.

A 10% discount is available for patients who pay for 12 months.
